Press Release Body = NEW YORK, NY, July 24: America SCORES, the only national
after-school program that uses soccer to inspire literacy, health, and civic
responsibility among youth in low income, urban communities, recently elected JoAnn
Neale of Major League Soccer and Fred Popp of SME, Inc. to their Board of Directors.

JoAnn Neale is an Executive Vice President of Major League Soccer. Ms. Neale was
instrumental in the creation of MLS W.O.R.K.S., the League's community outreach
initiative dedicated to addressing important social issues affecting young people,
for which she is now primarily responsible. Ms. Neale is also responsible for all
aspects of the League's Human Resources and Administration Departments. America
SCORES was the recipient of the initiative's inaugural grant in December 2006.
Together, MLS and America SCORES bring the world's greatest game to more communities
using soccer as a tool to inspire, engage, and empower youth.

Fred Popp is Chief Executive Officer and Partner of SME, Inc., a strategic branding
and design consultancy in New York City. His passion, forward-thinking and
steadfast approach helped SME re-launch into the marketplace in 2002, establishing
it as a leader in brand services across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Prior
to joining SME, Mr. Popp led hundreds of brand building programs for such clients as
Sara Lee, General Mills, Borden's, Motts, Dannon, and Pillsbury. For the past
several months Mr. Popp and SME have been donating their time and services to work
with America SCORES on a major re-branding initiative as part of an ongoing national
strategic plan.

Also elected to the national board were two new Affiliate Representatives. Serving
as the West Representative is Kelly James, a Policy Officer of the Bill and Melinda
Gates Foundation who serves on the Seattle SCORES Board. David Walters, Vice
President of Sales and Administration at CR Metal, is representing the Middle South
as a member of the St. Louis SCORES Board.

"Over the past thirteen years, America SCORES has positively impacted tens of
thousands of urban children and teachers around the country," said Agatha Aurbach,
Chairman of the America SCORES National Board. "We are thrilled to have these
industry leaders bringing their expertise to the board during this crucial time of
strategic planning when we are looking to continue strengthening our position in
order to serve more children and schools nationwide."
